Early apple. Good for sauces & pie. Stays in chunks.

ZESTAR

Crisp, juicy, early apple. Great for eating

RED BARON

Crisp & juicy. Sweet/tart flavor. Cooks firm. Good for pie, sauce and freezing
Mid September

FIRESIDE

Very hard & sweet. Stays in slices when cooked like Connell Red

Late September

CONELL RED

Mild, sweet, low acid apple. Great eating and baked whole. Stays in slices

MARYVILLE

Good baking, bakes soft. Sweet, tangy eating

MINJON

Tart. Makes pink sauce. Cooks soft. Good eating & cooking

REGENT

Sweet, juicy, hard, & excellent keeper. Good for eating or baking. Stays in slices when cooked.

WEALTHY

Good eating and best cooking. Juicy.

LAKELAND

Early Haralson”. Great eating & cooking. Stays in slices. Early apples are tart, late are sweet.

Little apple with great flavor. Hint of nutty flavor.

The best jelly crab. Tastes like cherries in pies and pastries. Good for pickles.

Our CIDER is FRESHLY PRESSED in our cider room. 
Deerlake has been pressing delicious cider for over twenty years. 
Each batch is special because it contains different 
varieties of apples as the season progresses. 
Because apple varieties have  their own distinct tastes and textures, 
our cider may vary in color and body, 
but it is always fabulous and oh, so healthy. 
CIDER CAN BE FROZEN, stored for long periods of time, defrosted 
and enjoyed with the same flavor as when first frozen. 

So STOCK UP when you visit us!!!!

We take our fresh apples to a fabulous bakery, they hand make a crust, 
peel our apples and make an old fashion delicious pie 
especially for DEERLAKE  ORCHARD. 
We have our steadfast customers that can’t wait for our season to start
